首先以Gold會員身份預訂，數週前提早要求連住兩晚比較高樓層房間，最後按排竟然是最低的一樓…非常失望，由於退房當日班機時間是旁晚，在入住當天已要求延遲退房，安排3天還是沒法安排，令人失望無奈。
